SPRINGBORO, OH – The Southern Ohio PGA is proud to announce the field for the 2025 Ohio Women’s Open (OWO), set for June 6-7 at Heatherwoode Golf Club in Springboro, Ohio. The field is highlighted by the 2024 Champion and Xavier University golfer, Madison Reemsnyder, as well as the low professional from 2024, Molly Skapik.
Reemsnyder was recently named Second Team All Big East after the Musketeers won their 6th-straight Big East Championship, the most in conference history. Also back, but as a professional, is the 2024 Division 2 Individual National Champion and University of Findlay alum Gabby Woods. The Sabina, Ohio native finished tied for 7th in the 2024 OWO before turning professional later that summer. She played in the 2024 Kroger Queen City Championship on the LPGA Tour last September.
Among the list of OWO champions is three-time winner Lisa Strom, who is now the Head Coach of Women’s Golf at The Ohio State University. Strom recently led the Buckeyes to their first NCAA National Championships appearance since 2018. Ohio State University golfer Jessica Porvasnik and University of North Carolina golfer Allie White are also notable winners.
