One of the most unique, and potentially valuable, aspects to PGA Employment Services are the PGA Career Consultants. The PGA of America’s Employment Services Department has regional Employment Services consultants to assist PGA members with employment matters. Their mission is to positively impact PGA Professionals’ careers, assist employers, foster win-win employment relationships, and promote the hiring of PGA members.

For positions of all levels, the PGA offers the PGA Job Board. This platform notifies PGA Professionals about employment opportunities that meet their employment preferences and qualifications. Examples of the types of positions found through PGA Job Board include Head Professional, Director of Golf, General Manager, etc.
