SOPGA Players Fee Invoice

SOPGA Professionals and Apprentices in good standing are REQUIRED to pay the $125 Players Fee for eligibility into ‘Section’ and ‘Chapter’ events as identified by Section Tournament Policies.

The $125 Players Fee is split: $70 is directed back to Chapters, and added to professional purses at the Chapter Level; $55 to Section G & A to help administer the Tournament Program.

Players Fee is a seperate billing from PGA Dues. The PGA of America invoices members in May, including PGA, Section and Chapter Dues.

Waiver Form 

Third Parties scheduling a golf event on a Monday that wish to utilize SOPGA Professionals in the competition must submit an SOPGA Event Wavier Form to the SOPGA Section. This form should be returned to the Section Office by no later than January 31st. Outings/Tournaments scheduled for any other day of the week must submit an SOPGA Event Waiver Form to the SOPGA Section Office at least 3-weeks prior to the event.
